When I started my new job at Dinnerware & CO, one of my colleagues invited me for the 5th edition of Wolfpack and Friends thai box training.
I immediately said yes, I’m always up for trying a new sport. And with my kickboxing experience and CrossFit training, I thought it would be a piece of cake. Boy, I was wrong. It was though, heavy and most of all very sweaty. But I did have a great time and I really felt happy I worked out like that. Liset and I both were very sore afterwards, but hey! Soreness is a good thing. I’m feeling muscles I didn’t even know I have. Lol!
